Light, flaky and crispy, Yutaka Panko Bread Crumbs 6mm 1kg, are perfect as a coating for deep frying, or as cruncy toppings on salad. WHEAT flour, Salt, Yeast.
1. Tenderise Chicken/Firm Cotton Tofu/Aubergine. 2. Dip in flour. 3. Dig in beaten egg. (can be left out for vegan) 4. Dip in Yutaka Panko Breadcrumbs. 5. Add at least 5cm of cooking oil to deep fry pan and bring to 175°C. Deep fry for 6-8 minutes or until golden. 6. Place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. 7. If using chicken, make sure it's cooked thoroughly inside. Alternatively, the Panko Breadcrumbs can be added into minced meat (or vegan replacement) for some crunchiness or sprinkled as topping on your favourite salad.
